At Aztek Arms, customers ARE our business! We are small enough care about every order you trust us with.
Once the order is complete we will ship 2-3 business days. If, however, in the event of a backordered item, we will notify you via email or telephone of the back order situation. Once shipped, any order, which does not require delivery to an FFL, over $400 in value, will automatically require an adult signature prior to delivery.
All custom rifle orders require half down upon ordering or $1000.00 whichever is greater. The build will commence once the deposit is received. No work will begin with verbal orders. The balance of the amount owing can be paid in increments during the build time with the remaining balance due before shipping. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. All accessories purchases will be paid for at the time of ordering the item. If the accessories are for your custom build or a gun in stock, they can be shipped to you at that time or assembled and test fired at the time the firearm is finished. Upon order please let us know.
You can cancel or change your order as long as parts have not been ordered or machining has begun. If changes are made after machining or labor, then the buyer would be responsible for the additional change costs. Changes can only be made by telephone or CONFIRMED email. We will not be responsible for unread or junk email.
Orders placed with a credit card can only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company. All credit card transactions are checked for fraud. If there are special circumstances requiring a different shipping address, please make us aware of this at the time of the order. The billing address must match what your credit card company has on file or we cannot process the order. If the order is for a gift or it needs to go to a secondary location please call us.
Federal Law requires, all firearms and serial numbered items will be shipped to a FFL holder for pick up. When sent to an FFL, it will be sent there in care of the customer’s name, and can be sent to any FFL located in the customer’s billing state. There are certain exceptions such as sending orders to a law enforcement department. Please let us know, by phone, the details on any alternate shipping address requests and we will try to accommodate your request.

Aztek Arms, Inc. provide a CASH, MONEY ORDER, or CHECK discount of 3.5% to every purchase. The pricing shown implies a CASH or CHECK purchase. Purchase made with a credit card do not qualify for the 3.5% discount.
Using business or personal checks as payment we will require prior bank clearance approval. Upon bank check clearance, your order will be shipped.
Aztek Arms, Inc. warranties its own work but is not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. Any other manufactures defective merchandise is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and must be returned to the respective manufacturer for any repairs or replacements. Please refer to the Warranty section of this web site.
Unless covered by one of the Aztek Arms Extended Warranties, Aztek Arms, Inc. as a custom rifle smith, does repair and modifications of your rifles for a fee. Please call us for a quote on your unique needs. Refer to the Extended Service tab for additional information on Service Plans.
Any return requires prior approval, once approved we will issue a return authorization number. Any package sent without the return authorization number marked clearly on the outside of the box will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable. Refunds are made via company check and will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be given if the rifle has been fired or damaged. In addition, any item that has been opened, test fit, assembled or used in any way, is not returnable.
Refunds will only be considered on brand new, ‘as shipped items’ still in the original sealed packaging where applicable.
ALL sales for firearms, receivers and any custom work is final.
All Utah sales are subject to Utah State Sales Tax.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without cause.
All orders that include a firearm or a lower receiver, or any serial numbered items, must be shipped to an FFL dealer local to the buyer. We must have a copy of the receiving dealers FFL on file, mailed, emailed, or faxed to us before any firearm or lower receiver, can be shipped. All hand guns are required to be sent UPS Next Day Air Saver to your FFL. There is a $30 charge for shipping automatically added to all handgun orders. Orders to be shipped to another FFL, cannot be made until we have the receiving FFL’s information on file, which includes a copy of their FFL license.
If you are mailing a copy of your dealer’s FFL to us, you are required to have them include YOUR name on the back of the FFL or on a note included in the envelope. Our address and FAX number is listed on the contact page of our website and FFL’s can be sent anytime. Firearms and magazine restrictions apply to the following states, CA, MA, Washington DC, NY, MD, NJ, and HI. Others may apply. Please verify local laws or ordinances prior to ordering. We will not ship banned or restricted items to these states.
